Parts

Some parts seem to be missing. What should I do?

We take great care to ensure you receive all the parts listed in the instruction manual. Even if you don't plan to install your unit right away, please inventory all parts when you receive your order.

If you think something is missing, Gazebo LaRose will be happy to provide the part free of charge within 30 days of purchase. (After 30 days, the customer is responsible for part and shipping costs.)

Please have the following information ready:

  • Your name and mailing address
  • Your phone number
  • Model number purchased
  • Copy of sales receipt
  • Missing part numbers and quantities

Do you sell replacement parts?

Yes, we stock replacement parts. Contact our Customer Experience team with your model or part number. We'll be happy to provide a quote.

Can you customize products?

Unfortunately, they cannot be customized or made to measure, as this would void the warranty.

Can I buy parts if my gazebo/solarium isn't from your company?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee compatibility of parts with products from other companies.

What thickness are the polycarbonate panels?

They are 8 mm thick.

Can I install a fan or light fixture?

Yes—but we recommend a maximum weight of 25 lbs.

On what surfaces can I install your models?

Concrete or wood surfaces. Ensure the surface is level.

What type of anchoring is required?

Anchoring varies by surface. Consult your local hardware store for the proper fasteners.

How can I heat my solarium or gazebo?

We don't recommend an open fireplace. Portable patio heaters may be used but keep them away from windows.

Warranty

What is the warranty?

Please refer to your manual for full warranty details. For additional questions, contact our team.

What isn't covered by the warranty?

  • Damage during transport, accident, modification, vandalism, misuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear due to extreme weather (hurricanes, tornadoes, heavy snow, debris, etc.)
  • Labor, installation costs, zoning or permit fees
Maintenance

How do I remove snow from my canopy or roof?

Use a broom, mop, or soft-edged tool to gently clear snow/ice from the outside—never use hard-edged tools (rakes, shovels).

How do I clean my canopy or roof?

Clean with mild soap and water. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product without the original packaging?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without the original boxes.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 30 days if items are in resalable condition and in original packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact our Customer Experience team directly.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping time for my order?

We ship within 3 to 9 business days.

Is in-store pickup available?

Yes. Pickup at our Montréal warehouse is available by appointment three days after ordering.

Is an appointment required for delivery?

Small items are delivered without an appointment. Gazebos, pergolas, and solariums require scheduling—our team will reach out to arrange.

My order arrived with damaged boxes—what should I do?

Please photograph the damage and contact our team. We’ll explore solutions with you.
