We deliver:

• Anywhere in Quebec

• In some Canadian provinces (subject to logistics availability)

3. Shipping Method

Due to the large weight and volume of our products, orders are shipped by specialized freight carriers.

Delivery can include:

• Transport by freight truck• Appointment booking required


4. Shipping costs

Free Shipping

  • Quebec: Shipping is free on all gazebos, solariums and pergolas.

Shipping costs for other provinces

·        Ontario: Shipping is $300 on all gazebos, sunrooms and pergolas.

 

The fees are clearly displayed:

• On the product page, or• During checkout before confirmation

No hidden charges will be added after the order is confirmed.


5. Estimated delivery times

Deadlines begin after confirmation of payment and preparation of the order.

Estimated time:

• Greater Montreal: 5 to 10 business days• Rest of Quebec: 5 to 10 business days• Other Canadian provinces: 5 to 10 business days

These deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on:

• Weather conditions• High season (spring/summer)• Availability of carriers


6. Making an appointment

Once the goods arrive at the local terminal:• A delivery appointment will be scheduled

It is mandatory to provide a valid phone number when ordering.


7. Mandatory inspection on delivery

You must inspect the merchandise BEFORE signing the packing slip.

In the event of visible damage:

  1. Accurately note the damage on the carrier's document
  2. Take clear photos
  3. Contact Gazebo Larose within a maximum of 24 hours to info@gazebolarose.com

Any claim not reported within 24 hours may be denied by the carrier.


8. Missing products or order error

If you receive:

• An incorrect product• A missing part• An incomplete package

You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.


9. Order tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you when the shipment is created.

If you do not receive any information within 48 hours of purchase, contact us at 1-833-468-3676 or info@gazebolarose.com.


10. Installation

Installation is not included in the price of the product unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If an installation service is purchased:

• An appointment will be scheduled separately• Installation times may differ from delivery times

Gazebo Larose is not responsible for installations carried out by unaffiliated third parties.


12. Delays Outside Our Control

Gazebo Larose cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Extreme weather conditions• Carrier delays• Force majeure• Government restrictions
