At Gazebo Larose , we guarantee the quality and durability of our outdoor structures. Each product is designed and manufactured to meet high standards for outdoor residential use in Canada.
Please carefully inspect all packages upon delivery. If any components are missing or damaged, contact our Customer Experience team immediately so we can assist you.

One-year limited warranty
Gazebo Larose products are covered by:
One (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
If the warranty period has expired, replacement parts may still be available for purchase. Please contact our customer experience team for availability and pricing.
Warranty conditions
This guarantee is only valid if:
- The product is installed strictly in accordance with the written instructions from Gazebo Larose.
- The structure is correctly anchored according to the recommended methods.
- The product is maintained according to seasonal care and maintenance guidelines.
Failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions may void this warranty.
Warranty limitations and exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by wind, storms, falling objects, fire, animals, vegetation, vandalism or extreme weather conditions.
- Structural collapse caused by snow, ice or wind accumulation.
- Damage resulting from the inability to remove snow and ice from the roof.
- Damage caused by improper removal of snow or ice.
- Snow removal is carried out inside the structure, which can cause damage to products or serious injuries.
- Installation near buildings or trees where snow or ice may slide on the structure, unless additional preventative measures are taken.
- Water infiltration or minor leaks may occur during heavy rain. Please refer to the installation manual for proper window positioning and drainage advice.
- Incorrect anchoring or incorrect installation.
- Commercial, rental or non-residential use (unless otherwise specified in writing).
- Any modification, alteration, or addition to the product will automatically void the warranty.
Snow and ice maintenance requirements
The roof must be kept free from snow and ice accumulation at all times.
Snow and ice must be removed in sections of about five (5) feet at a time, progressing gradually from one side to the other.
Failure to properly maintain the roof can lead to structural damage not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Claims Resolution
The Larose gazebo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Repairing defective parts
- Replace the defective components
- Provide spare parts
Any part repaired or replaced is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
