Refund policy

1. Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or missing parts reported prior to assembly.
  • Do not return the product to the store of purchase. Any complaint must be addressed directly to Gazebo Larose.

1.1 Reporting eligibility

Products can be returned if all of the below conditions are met:

  • Return request submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
  • The product is unused and in the original packaging
  • The product has not been installed
  • Photos provided if requested

Custom orders, modified products, and installed products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Gazebo Larose to initiate a return or support request for parts:
  • Provide:
    •  Proof of purchase (receipt).
    • Photos of damaged or missing parts.
    • A detailed description of the problem.

3. Shipping costs for returns

4. Repayment schedule

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refund processed within 7-10 business days
 • Refund issued to the original method of payment

The original delivery fee and tailgate fee are non-refundable unless the company makes an error.

5. Warranty

  • The product is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Gazebo Larose.
  • No refunds will be issued unless the product is deemed irreparable or irreplaceable.

6. Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for a return or warranty:

  • Damage caused by extreme weather, wind, falling objects, snow or ice accumulation, improper anchoring or installation.
  • Any unauthorized modification or addition to the product voids the warranty.

7. Proof of Purchase and Packaging

  • Keep your proof of purchase for any claims.
  • Do not destroy packaging boxes until the installation is fully completed.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund minus payment fees. If the order has been shipped, standard return conditions apply.
