These Terms of Use govern access to the gazebolarose.com website  as well as the purchase of products offered by Gazebo Larose.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

Customer : Anyone making a purchase from Gazebo Larose.
Product : Any gazebo, solarium, pergola, carport or accessory sold by Gazebo Larose.
Partner : A manufacturer or third party involved in the production, delivery, or warranty of products.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Canadian (CAD) or U.S. (USD) dollars
  • Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are quoted at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or description.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after authorization and full processing of the payment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of an obvious error, fraud or unavailability of the product.

4. Payment methods

We accept payment methods available at checkout.

Products will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Detailed shipping terms, estimated times and responsibilities are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

The Customer must inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage or missing parts within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery.

6. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the product is transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided.

Risk of loss or damage passes upon receipt.

7. Installation

7.1 Customer Installation

  • The products are designed for outdoor use only.
  • Installation must be performed on a flat, solid surface (concrete, asphalt or equivalent surface).
  • The instructions in the manual should be followed strictly.
  • Any unauthorized modification or addition voids the warranty.

It is recommended to avoid installation near structures that may cause excessive snow or ice accumulation.

7.2 Third-Party Installation

If installation services are purchased separately, separate terms and conditions may apply.

Gazebo Larose is not responsible for installations carried out by unauthorized third parties.

8. Limited Warranty

8.1 Coverage

A one (1) year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in Gazebo Larose products.

The warranty only applies if:

  • Installation instructions have been followed
  • The product has been used in accordance with the manual
  • Recommended maintenance has been completed

8.2 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by strong winds, storms, snow accumulation or ice
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Negligent or abusive use
  • Unauthorized changes
  • Leaks due to poor positioning or extreme rainfall
  • Damage caused by fire, animals, vegetation or natural disasters

Gazebo Larose reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired, replaced, or deemed uncovered.

9. Return and Refund Policy

9.1 Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Missing or defective parts are reported prior to assembly
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Products should not be returned to the store of purchase. All requests must be addressed directly to Gazebo Larose.

9.2 Procedure

  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Photos of parts or damage
  • Proof of purchase

9.3 Exclusions from returns

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product has been assembled or installed
  • The damage was not reported to the reception
  • The product has been damaged by weather or improper installation

9.4 Refunds

Refunds are given only if the product is deemed irreparable or irreplaceable.

The decision to repair, replace or refund is the sole responsibility of Gazebo Larose.

10. Customer Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Check the parts at the reception
  • Follow the installation instructions
  • Perform necessary maintenance
  • Regularly clear snow and ice from the roof
  • Use the product according to the manufacturer's recommendations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Quebec:

  • Gazebo Larose is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or extreme weather conditions

12. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
